Job description

We’ve got a great opportunity and challenge for someone to come into our CCF business to develop and deliver a comprehensive and compelling sales strategy through Tier 1 House Builders and Main Contractors. It’s a brilliant challenge and you’ll be part of a great culture!

On a day to day basis, we feel you’ll be involved with most of the below opportunities, however, our world is ever changing, very autonomous so you’ll need to be able to think on your feet!

  • Build and develop the annual sales strategy and plan including setting the agenda for heightened partnership agreements.
  • Build the CCF proposition wider through our portfolio of brands and businesses.
  • Lead and motivate the teams identified within the scope to achieve agreed targets and KPI’s
  • Develop the product proposition through the use of data and customer learning.
  • To achieve sales and profit targets for identified customers or customer types.
  • To work in conjunction with the Technical, business development and commercial team to facilitate engagement on all levels with all customers.
