Role: Head of MI: Systems and Business Intelligence

Location: Stockport

Salary: £45,906 - £50,412

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Our new Head of MI Business Intelligence and Systems will have the knowledge, skills and substantial experience to adopt a holistic approach to this role and by working closely with the team will recognise opportunities to develop business and intelligence and systems to improve our stakeholder experience. You will want to ensure colleagues have access to highly credible business intelligence that informs the very best decision making. You will lead the development and support of the Group’s information management systems, databases, interfaces and processes, driving improvements in order to meet the Group’s quality, efficiency and compliance objectives, allowing the Group to maximise performance and monitor the utilisation of resources. You will coach and nurture all users of data and intelligence to get the very best from it and to take responsibility for it at every level.

You will be able to work in this complex organisation, managing and developing your team and developing a culture of superb customer excellence.
