Head of Marketing London, England
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join the Group. Reporting into our Group Marketing Director, you will lead a growing team of marketers to build and deliver marketing plans, which enable our retail and wholesale brands to deliver on our growth plans.
The purpose of the role is to lead the marketing team to build and execute marketing plans which deliver organic growth and brand recognition for each of Jensten’s broking and underwriting brands. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with stakeholders to build compelling propositions for specific communities, communicated to target clients to generate revenue opportunities for the business, and delivered with operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
Work with the Group Marketing Director to build the overall marketing strategy- Lead the marketing team to build realistic and ambitious marketing plans for each brand
- Ensure the delivery of planned marketing activity, to meet core KPIs
- Ensure management of, and continual engagement with, internal and external stakeholders (MDs, RMDs, trade associations , buying groups and external agencies)
- Ensure the delivery of key projects to improve the operational excellence of the team
- Oversee Marketing operations and ownership of core marketing technology
- Coach and develop team members
- Engage with newly acquired businesses to understand the growth opportunities, overseeing their marketing planning

Represent the marketing function to senior stakeholders, attending high level management meetings for various businesses in the Group
