I am pleased to be working with a fantastic award-winning online business based in Chester who are eager to bring on an experienced Head of Marketing to lead them through there current phase of growth and beyond.
This is a dynamic role, and the successful applicant will have full responsibility for the business's marketing budget and will oversee the performance and reviews of their direct reports. They will also have the opportunity to engage freelance and contract workers as needed to execute planned marketing activities. With an annual marketing budget in the millions, the role demands analytical skills and the ability to produce regular performance reports.
The Role:
- Develop a growth strategy by identifying new channels and approaches to test and elevate acquisition efforts to the next level.
- Implement and execute the company-wide marketing strategy while supporting the long-term goals of the business.
- Take ownership of advertising campaigns to maximize business exposure and presence across all channels.
- Create new marketing delivery plans and measure business performance against targets.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to drive growth.
- Regularly report on marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to maximize business growth in alignment with annual objectives.
- Oversee the current marketing team, including PPC and SEO specialists.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level within Marketing.
- Previous Management experience is essential.
- Budget management is essential.
- Hands on experience with SEO, PPC and Paid Media
- Data Management and Data Analysis Experience
