36 hours per week
£52,781 - £60,704 per annum

Underpinning the learning and development programme you will be reviewing and implementing the quality assurance programme, supporting the Head of Operations by ensuring that the operational teams deliver professional standards and models of best practice. You will also provide effective leadership and advice on care quality compliance, safeguarding and health and safety.
You will be working alongside our committed managers to drive up standards in quality of care and health and safety in our pursuit of excellence; therefore, experience in the social care sector is preferred.
You will have experience in operating at a senior level, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Managing Director and attend Board meetings.
You will have the ability to build, manage and maintain key internal and external business relationships to deliver the highest standards of integrity and quality.
