Are you a Head of HR Operations looking for a new opportunity? I am working with Halton Council (3 days a week) onsite.
Rate - £250 to £400 per day - Inside ir35
Role Specifics
Undertake the role of ‘Head of HR’ for the Council, acting as the Council’s professional lead on all operational HR matters – to include the following functional areas;
· Payroll,
· Pensions administration,
· Recruitment,
· Employment Relations,
· Pay & Grading arrangements,
· Trade Union relations
Be responsible for the effective provision of operational HR services to the Council, schools, and other third-party clients across the functions listed immediately above.
Facilitate and contribute to Strategic Human Resources Management across the Council through involvement in;
· Workforce Planning,
· Resourcing – in line with corporate objectives and transformation initiatives.
· Talent & Succession Planning,
