Role Requirements
- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that boosts brand awareness, generates demand, and supports their revenue goals.
- Oversee multiple outsourced providers, including website management, content writing, and consultants.
- Drive sales acceleration in various regions by identifying key market routes and implementing region-specific strategies.
- Support our PR, events, social media, web, and content marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and increase awareness.
- Implement digital and ABM campaigns across channels like email, social media, and paid advertising to enhance demand generation and sales pipeline contribution.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to analyse, automate, and optimise strategic accounts for high conversions and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and global sales team to understand client needs and create effective go-to-market strategies and collateral.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other departments as necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in building, managing, and leading marketing functions.
- Relevant Marketing, Brand or associated qualification(s);
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment, with a focus on B2B and B2G markets.
- Proven track record of delivering results through sales and marketing plans.
- Success in shaping brand messaging and positioning for technology products and services organisations.
- Skilled in building and leading multifaceted teams, emphasising marketing strategy, demand generation, and business development.
- Expertise in branding, brand voice, and evolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Translate complex processes and technologies into simple concepts.
- Possess innovation, analytical, and creative thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation and revenue accountability.
- Proficiency in AI ChatGPT, Hubspot, LinkedIn, website management, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to start from the ground up.
