Job description
We are a leading company in the automotive industry, and we are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the engineering department, including project management, designing and developing new products, and overseeing the work of other engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and lead the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of new products
- Prepare reports, memorandums and other project-related documents
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
