Reporting to our CFO we are looking for a successful Head of Delivery to join our ever-growing #PlaytechFamily. As a Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products. You will work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives. You will be also responsible to oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption.

Main duties and responsibilities are but not limited to -

• Ensure that service delivery processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
• Execute Playtech’s tactical plans.
• Manage daily tasks delivery, follow up on tasks delays, track teams progress toward achieving targets and ensure releases are executed per their set priority and timelines.
• Manage the relationships between different people within and across teams.
• Identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery.

Required

• The ideal candidate must have great experience within the gambling industry and specifically working in B2C online gambling operations.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to details
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired

• Playtech Back Office systems knowledge/systems
• Task management systems such as Jira, Monday.com or similar is a plus
