Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise is an essential part of the University, responsible for supporting our student and graduates to plan their future career paths and develop essential enterprising skills. It’s an exciting time to join the team as with the backing of the University, we are expanding from 35 to approximately 55 staff over the next few months.
You will be responsible for the development of the newly formed Data, Information & Operations function within Careers, Employability & Student Enterprise. You will help develop a data and evidence informed approach to careers, employability, and student enterprise across the University, oversee careers information provision and ensure effective management of the public facing access points of CESE. In addition, you will develop, manage and coordinate the provision of student and employer data analysis and impact measurement (quantitative and qualitative) within the University. You will provide expert advice on data management, best practice, and national developments in this field in order to enable key stakeholders across the University to make evidence-based decisions.
You will possess a degree in information management or equivalent qualification that includes a strong statistical/data analysis content, or equivalent work experience in a statistical/data analysis field. You will have significant experience working in a relevant field, such as information management, careers, customer service or data analysis and have knowledge of the key issues influencing the Higher Education environment.
