Job Role: Head of Customer Service and Administration
Location: North Cheshire
Salary: £80,000 per annum + £7,000 car allowance
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Head of Customer Service and Administration to join our client's dynamic team based in the North of Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a team of a large customer service and administration advisors, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a large team of customer service and administration advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Streamline end-to-end processes within the customer service team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
· Enhance overall efficiency by implementing best practices and leveraging technology to optimise operations.
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
· Manage shift patterns for the 24/7 customer service function, ensuring seamless coverage and efficient resource allocation.
· Drive a customer-centric culture, focusing on delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
· Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, applying relevant knowledge to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a senior leadership role within customer service and administration, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
· Strong ability to streamline processes, optimise workflows, and implement innovative solutions.
· Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency within the customer service function.
· Excellent people management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
· Experience managing shift patterns and working in a 24/7 operation.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
