Job title: Head of Customer Experience
Salary: £64,882.98 per annum
Location: L11 2SF
We have an opportunity for a talented head of customer experience to join the team and provide operational oversight, leadership, and great customer service.
Here at Cobalt are focused, motivated, and ambitious, and we are starting a revised Corporate Plan. Our development strategy is to build 1,000 new houses over the next few years. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to our customers and supporting thriving communities across our core neighbourhoods of Croxteth, Fazakerley, and Norris Green.
The Head of Customer Experience is accountable for making sure Cobalt provides effective and efficient customer services, tenant engagement, empowerment, and involvement, and for making sure that customer feedback informs service delivery and leads to positive change. To oversee delivery of Cobalt’s Corporate Plan and compliance with the Regulator’s Consumer Protection Rules, they will collaborate closely with other Heads of Service.

Cobalt’s standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday. Candidates are likely to live within commutable distance of Liverpool. We do have an agile working culture, although we anticipate that that our managers will want to be present with their teams each week. For this role, being visible is key to gaining trust and establishing those important relationships right across the organisation.
