We believe that great content has the power to inspire, inform, and connect people, and that's why we're on the hunt for a Head of Creative who shares our enthusiasm. As the leader of our in-house content agency, you'll have the opportunity to build and grow a team of talented creatives who are dedicated to producing exceptional content that embodies the unique Flash Pack style.


You’ll be leading our in-house content agency, composed of writers, designers, videographers and creative strategists (both full-time and contractors), and work alongside our broader marketing team to deliver world-class creative content for delivery across all channels. You’ll be trusted and empowered from day one to deliver against ambitious production, quality and recognisability targets, which we believe will help propel Flash Pack towards its ambitious growth targets and longer-term friendship-focused mission.

What you’ll do:


  • Lead the team in ideating, developing and producing world-class creative campaigns across multiple channels and disciplines that inspire FOMO in the travel market.

  • Set and maintain the bar for quality in our creative output, across all content disciplines by ensuring tone of voice and recognisable brand assets are at the forefront of all creative output.

  • Review, refine and oversee our production processes, ensuring this balances efficiency without sacrificing on quality.

  • Manage the creative needs of internal stakeholders, helping the team prioritise based on business impact.

  • Refine our content production processes over time, understanding where resource efficiencies can be gained without sacrificing quality.

  • Coach the team, helping develop more junior members and inspiring them to develop their creative thinking and commercial awareness.



The ideal candidate:


  • Experienced creative and storyteller, having worked in creative strategy/production in-house or agency side to deliver impactful campaigns with clear outcomes.

  • Experienced leader, having managed and coached teams, empowering individuals to produce their best creative work and created environments and processes conducive to these outcomes.

  • Worked across multiple content disciplines and mediums; from static and video to social and out-of-home.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to run with a challenge but ask for help when needed. Experience working in an environment where autonomy is central to your role is crucial.

  • Customer-first mindset, with a willingness to engage with and learn from our existing customers, while looking outwards to the wider market to inform how we communicate our mission and story,

What else?
The salary range for this role is between £75,500 - £80,400 depending on experience.
We also offer stock options after your first year with the company so your total compensation will be considerably more depending on the package you accept.
We have trailblazer total pay transparency and ask you to choose your total compensation plan by balancing salary and options to suit your personal financial goals.

The team: We have a talented marketing team comprising creatives and performance marketers, supported by agencies, content creators and contractors, as well as a Director of Performance Marketing who is actively growing the team.

Location: We call our way of working ‘remote-flexible’. You can work from anywhere in the UK as long as you are happy to come to London every 4-6 weeks or so. If you enjoy more regular face to face interaction, living close to London would be advantageous.
