Key Responsibilities:
· Managing the workload across the composites shop.
· Understanding of customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
· Working with Engineering and manufacturing engineers to understand technical content of new projects.
· Ensuring the Supervisors are aware of business priorities and how this relates to work on shelf / Work To Lists (WTL).
· Support Supervisors with increasing efficiency and maintaining discipline of the wider team.
· Work closely with the Quality and Inspection Teams to solve quality concerns.
· Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of tools and other factory equipment.

Required knowledge/experience:
· Composite / Laminator / Trimmer background or other production manufacturing background.
· Knowledge of composite processes.
· Strong people management skills.
· Understanding of quality issues arising in composite components and able to support with technical resolutions for these.
The Role & Hours:
This is an on-site role, 37hrs per week.
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm
Friday 8am to 3.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
