About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive growth
- Build relationships with customers and community members through online channels, including social media, email, customer support chat, calls etc.
- Manage internal and external communications strategies
- Prioritize and identify customer needs and develop solutions
- Support new product launches with marketing
- Manage social media channels
Skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in community management, customer success or marketing
- Strong understanding web3 technologies
- Experience with SaaS businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools including Discord, Intercom, Contentful, Hubspots, Notion and social media management tools (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
