We are looking for a Head of Children's Quality Assurance & Performance to join Slough Children First.
You will be a central member of our Senior Management Team leading our Quality Assurance and Performance service within SCF. You will oversee the leadership of the Safeguarding, Independent Reviewing and Child Protection Conference service ensuring that good quality reviewing and oversight arrangements are in place to support our children.
You will provide support to the local Safeguarding Partnership. The post holder will lead the Children’s Services Quality Assurance programme and will develop and lead on our performance framework ensuring that there are clear lines of sight into practice. You will report regularly to senior leaders and various multi-agency forum. You will ensure high quality performance information and data is available across the service to support practice and improvement. You will lead the performance team and provide a clear analysis of data to support decision making at strategic level.
