Compass Associates are representing a leading private healthcare provide, in their search for a Head of Business Development to assist with company growth and strategy. My client is seeking an experienced business development manager with a background in healthcare. You will be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously, making business decisions to maximise company potential, build their portfolio, involved in tender bids and contract negotiation, along with line managing a small team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced head of business development/ manager, with a background in private/ independent healthcare to join a forward-thinking company.
Requirements
Head of Business Development/ BD Manager or equivalent
2+ years withing Healthcare
Understanding of NHS contract management
Good communication skills
Location
This role is based in Preston and is commutable from Blackpool, Blackburn, Manchester, Bradford, Liverpool, Leeds, Southport, Huddersfield and Lancaster.
