This new role for our business is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic salesperson to use their experience and skills to help grow our business.

Headforwards is a technology partner helping our clients navigate their digital futures, supporting them with both their strategic planning and its implementation. We deliver forward-thinking consultancy and high-quality software solutions tailored to their requirements with project values ranging from £100K to £2m.
We’ve been delivering software solutions to a global client base for 12 years. Until recently, growth has typically been achieved organically and through networking, but we now see an opportunity and a need to engage more proactively with the market.
This is a critical and new role for Headforwards as we seek to accelerate our growth ambitions.
You will take a strategic and considered approach to generating and nurturing your own leads. You will be a hands-on ‘do-er’ in our small, high-energy team, as well as supporting and prioritising strategy. You will work collaboratively with marketing and commercial to refine products and services and identify new opportunities. You will develop how the business uses its CRM to maximise opportunities and underpin your work. You’ll be someone that can make stuff happen, work collaboratively, and bring colleagues with you in the process.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have proven experience in successful prospecting, targeting and generation of your own leads
  • Take a strategic and innovative approach to generating leads and building meaningful relationships
  • Have a demonstrable track record in full lifecycle sales
  • Proactively feed back pain points and objections into teams to refine products, services and go-to-market strategies
  • Have strong experience in technology/ IT industry and a genuine interest in tech
  • Have an extremely collaborative working style, with strong communication skills

We’re based in Cornwall. We have both hybrid and remote workers. We are accepting applications for this role from around the UK but would expect you to travel as necessary to successfully fulfil this role and to come to the office in Cornwall at least once a quarter.
