About the role:
As the Head of Analytics, you will lead a team of skilled analysts responsible for driving business and operational decisions through the provision of timely, and actionable data insights. Your team will be accountable for shaping and executing our data and analytics strategy, enabling operational optimisation, enhancing customer experience, and ultimately driving overall business growth.

What you’ll be doing:
- Data Strategy and Execution: You’ll develop, execute, and continuously iterate a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business goals and empowers us to make data-driven decisions. This will include identifying key metrics, designing scalable data infrastructure, and implementing advanced analytics techniques.
- Insights and Reporting: You’ll deliver meaningful insights and reports to various stakeholders, including executives, operations teams, and marketing departments. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Development: As a leader, you will build and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. You will provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to empower your team members to excel in their roles.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience, 7+ years, in a leadership role within analytics or data science, preferably in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modelling.
- Strong proficiency with data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into data-driven initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and an eagerness to drive innovation in the analytics space.

- You have proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- You have held an analytical leadership role at FAANG, a management consulting company, or investment bank.
