The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for Head of Admissions to join the Langley team on a full-time basis.
Job Purpose
To be responsible for the operational success of the College Group admissions including managing the processes that support application such as schools liaison and application workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent management of the admissions strategy and function across the College group.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to help provide an excellent Schools Liaison strategy and function.
- Ensure excellent Enrolment Services to support growth across all income streams.
- Provide excellent front line services to existing and potential learners and other customers.
- Provide an excellent loan applications support service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure excellent use of resources and quality assurance arrangements.
- To be a representative of the College Group.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, including attending appropriate College Group meetings and regular meetings with relevant parties such as Directors, Heads of Departments, etc.
- Observe at all times strict rules of confidentiality appropriate to the post.

- Please note this role is primarily based at Langley college campus however travel to other campuses will be required when needed.
