Hours per week: Full-time (37.5 hours) Hybrid

Salary: £45,164
Location: Felsted, Essex
We have an exciting opportunity available for you to join our growing team as Head of Account Management. You will enjoy a mixture of working from our beautiful office in Felsted as well as from home on a Full-time permanent basis and, in return, we are offering a competitive salary of £45,164 per annum, plus excellent benefits which include a hybrid work pattern.

About the role:
As Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for the delivery and development of Local Hospice Lottery’s account management function – maintaining positive relationships with our numerous hospice partners and maximising opportunities to work together to grow lottery membership. Through effectively liaising with internal and external contacts, alongside the use of project software, you will also play a key role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and in-line with agreed time scales and budgets.
By ensuring that our hospice partners always feel valued, respected and receive a professional approach to their needs, you will consistently strive to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and as such play a fundamental role in contributing to the Company’s overall strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills (both written and oral), be a real team player and possess the ability to present themselves in a confident and friendly manner at all times.
What we are looking for in our ideal Head of Account Management:
- Educated to A level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or another related field, OR demonstratable equivalent experience
- Strong account management and customer service experience
- Effective team player with experience of training and mentoring staff
- Experience in using project management software, such as Asana
- Demonstratable experience in providing clear briefs to internal and external teams
- Project management experience at a high level
- Adaptable to your target audience whilst managing stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Confident and outgoing with an aptitude to develop and learn additional skills
- A flexible attitude to meet company needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Own transport is essential for this role – As part of your job role, you will be required to travel to meet our Hospice partners and attend conferences. As well as this the office is in a remote location.
