Due to large growth within the North Yorkshire region, we are looking for SIA Licenced HeadDoor Supervisors to work on high profile busy venues in Leeds and surrounding areas. Pay rate is £16 per hour. Specific tasks will be discussed at the interview stage. A wide range of hours are available for the right candidate!

Candidates should be able to work within the nightime economy ie: pubs , bars and nightclubs where alcohol is served and must be able to work weekends.

The ideal candidate would be interested in working at a fun, exciting place that is most often full of people. Door Supervisors are often the first point of contact for customers and need to be personable, friendly and capable of providing an excellent customer experience whilst ensuring a safe environment.

Hours of Work

Range of hours available from 11 to 30 hours per week on various locations. Friday and Saturday nights with midweek shifts available.

All candidates must hold a valid DS SIA license and a valid Driving license.

Your role & responsibility will include:

· Meeting and greeting customers on arrival

· ID checks

· Searching customers

· Crowd control

. Adhering to specific assignment instructions and risk assessments

. Making sure customers , staff and property are safe

. Representing t3 security and the clients to the highest standard

. Liaising with clients, customers, and colleagues

. Dealing with potential incidents in a calm and collective manner in or outside the venue

. Provide excellent customer service to everyone who visits the establishment.
