Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable, experienced Head of Data and Impact to join our team at Ascend Learning Trust in this newly created role. Under the direction of a newly appointed CEO, you will be working within a dedicated and dynamic team, supporting a growing Executive Team for Ascend Learning Trust.
Reporting to the Director of Education, you will oversee the development and implementation of Ascend’s data strategy for our schools, ensuring internal and external stakeholders have access to reliable and timely data on all aspects of school performance. Alongside this, you will undertake the production, interpretation and analysis of data, in line with the Trust’s requirements, reporting on a range of performance data and information relating to all areas of work.
As a successful applicant, you will:
· Have experience in analysing educational data, providing leadership teams with a clear picture of performance and priorities for educational improvement
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, liaising with a range of education professionals and external educational organisations.
· Be a strategic thinker with a flexible, practical and can-do attitude.
