Fantastic opportunity to join this country hotel and restaurant. This is small dining venue, offering a quality fresh, traditional and seasonal menus, from the farm and local area.
Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability. You will have autonomy to develop the menu in line with the concept of the business.
Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub.
Salary and Benefits
Starting basic salary is to £40,000 p.a. Depending on experience. Plus Benefits:
