The Job Role
- Head Chef of a high-end B&I contract
- To oversee staff restaurant
- Head Chef of a busy B&I contract catering for 800+
- To produce high quality food with 100% made on-site
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 14
- Autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.
The Requirements
- The successful applicant will already be a proven Head Chef or Sous Chef who wants to cook real food.
- A proven track record within high end B&I contract catering or event background
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward thinking food
- A team player who leads from the front.
