Head Chef We are looking for a Head Chef to join the FishWorks family and lead our passionate team of chefs. We need someone who is passionate about fish and seafood, and who understands how to develop and get the best out of their team, the importance of quality, and is able to ensure our food is delivered to specification every time. What are we looking for in a FishWorks Head Chef: A passion for all things food and a love of cooking Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skillsAbility to work well under pressure and lead a large team in a calm and inspirational mannerExperience of working with fresh, high quality fish and seafood is essentialSkills in developing, training and progressing teamsThorough knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards and procedures Previous experience of managing kitchen cost controls / financial administration so to fall in line with company targetsExperience as a Head Chef within a similar environment where quality and consistency go hand in hand How FishWorks can work for you...
