A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Therapist to join and help support our spa manager at our flagship spa The Reynolds Retreat in Borough Green. We are passionate about providing an outstanding beauty experience for our clients and pride ourselves on the wide variety of treatments we offer.
Reporting to our Group Spa Manager your role will be to help support our spa manager and to carry out the day to day running of the beauty side of the business at our Borough Green Spa.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
. To help and support the spa manager on the day to day running of the spa
. To follow and comply with all company procedures
. To motivate and train your team to excel in their roles
. To demonstrate and ensure high levels of customer service throughout your team
. To demonstrate and ensure high levels of expertise in your field
. To strive to achieve targets where required from yourself and your team
Requirements:
. NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
. Minimum of 3 years beauty experience
. Decleor, Environ, Jessica, Lava shells and Advance waxing is desirable but not essential as training is given.
. Experience with the following:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Target setting
- Staff training
- Stock taking
- Staff rotas
- Ordering
- Staff 1-1 meetings
- Handling complaints
