We are looking for a Head Barista with a passion for customer service, who want to give a great experience to our customers as well as a great cup of coffee!
We are working with a corporate company based in the heart Battersea. The teams will ONLY be using fresh, local & seasonal produce creating exciting dishes 100% from scratch, The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art kit, with high-end restaurant facilities

A day in the life of a Barista:
- Leading a team to provide brilliant customer service and coffee
- Production and delivery of coffee/ food in line with the clients brand standards and recipes
- Service delivery consistent with the clients brand standards and ethos
- Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/vending machines, preparation and public areas
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant barista experience and leading a team
- A passion for food and customer service
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
