One of our clients in Warrington is looking for HCA/Support Worker for their purpose built care home. The home is registered for maximum of 74 service users and is rated "Good" in CQC.
The carehome offers the feeling of home, warmth and care to residents needing general nursing or specialist dementia care. It does so in the context of surroundings which have the look and feel of a well-appointed five-star hotel.
It has 74 ensuite rooms and offers a wide range of activities and entertainment, as well as several lounges, a community library, hair and beauty salon and a beautiful garden area.

Duties as HCA/Support Worker:

Requirements as HCA/Support Worker:
- A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
- A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
- Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
- Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work
