Experienced Handyperson required for planned maintenance and reactive repair role in Reading
NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - YOU JUST NEED TO BE A PRACTICAL PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IN BASIC REPAIR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD MAINTENANCE
- £31,500 per year plus overtime, holiday pay and pension
- Monday to Friday - Days

- Reading - Berkshire - located in an easily accessible area of Reading
Working as part of the on site maintenance team - duties will include:
- Simple repair of doors - such as changing locks and latches
- Basic plumbing - changing a stopcock, repairing a tap, flushing through water systems etc
- Minor electrical tasks - wiring a plug, testing lighting, changing a socket or light bulb etc
- Basic carpentry work - fixing a door, assembly of furniture etc
- Assisting qualified trades with maintenance and repair
All Candidates must have the following experience:
- Previous practical experience in a maintenance or handyperson role - or similar job.
- Good all round practical maintenance and repair experience
- Reading
