Job description
We are looking for an experienced property maintenance contractor to help us support our clients throughout Manchester.
Our work is scope covers the following:
- General repairs
- Painting & Decorating
- Plaster repairs
- Flooring
- Kitchen repairs
- Mould removal and treatment
- Tiling
- and much more
You will need to be able to work on your own and complete jobs to the highest standard. You must be punctual and reliable. You must have your own transport and hold valid public liability insurance.
You will control every aspect of your jobs supported by our highly experienced team. You will provide the quote for each job to us and have overall responsibility for getting the job done as agreed and to the standard agreed.
