Job description
In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson to join us at one of our Extra Care scheme, in Fakenham.
Key Tasks
Working to agreed daily, weekly, and monthly schedules provided by the Housing and Care Manager in the inspection and completion of minor repairs and maintenance to communal areas, facilities and individual apartments to ensure site maintenance remains up to date.
Identify and report to the Housing & Care Manager any major works that require specialist contractors to ensure more specialist work is completed by the relevant body.
When required assist in the moving and handling of objects into storage or
Support the housing team with the weekly testing of the fire alarm system and
