Adecco Kettering are currently recruiting for some exciting opportunities to join BSH Home appliances in Corby as Customer Service Advisors (Part Hybrid)
BSH Home appliances are the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and a fantastic employer within the Corby area with several departments on site.
You will be joining an existing team and we have permanent opportunities available to start in July.
Your day to day duties may include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers about consumer warranty
- Completing customer warranty registrations
- Processing customer orders onto an internal system
- Promotion of extra products and services (commission available dependant upon sale)
- Taking ownership of all customer enquires through to completion
We are seeking candidates with a positive can-do attitude who enjoy working as part of a team and passionate about the delivery of great customer service. Therefore, a good telephone manner and friendly approach is essential! Majority of your role will involve working on the computer, so someone who has strong computer skills and the ability to multitask is beneficial. You will be working towards KPI's & SLA's so you will need to a motivated to work towards targets.

Working Hours: *Please read carefully below as hours are dependent upon department - please speak to one of our consultants to find out more on each shift pattern**
Team 1: 4 on 4 off - 8am - 6pm (10 hour working days)
Team 2: Rotating shifts of 8am - 4pm / 10am - 6pm weekly (Monday - Friday) * On this shift pattern you also be required to carry out 1 in 4 Saturdays & 1 in 8 Sunday shifts / 2 x bank holidays per year
All team shift patterns will be 2 weeks in the office and then two weeks from home rotating regardless of hours
Your first 6 weeks in the role will be office based training - after this has finished you will then commence your hybrid working.
Salary: £23,000 per annum (commission available within the role for upselling)
Start date: 4 th July 2023
- Please Note: You will be required to carry out some online testing as part of your interview/application process and will be required to use a computer/laptop to do so.
