Job description
We are seeking an experienced, positive and self-motivated individual to join the Burnley College Fitness Evolution team as a Gym and Class Coordinator.
With a Level 3 fitness instructor qualification, and ideally a recognised teaching qualification. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, to ensure the smooth running of classes, providing high quality fitness training, advice, programmes and inductions to gym users.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to health, fitness and well-being at Fitness Evolution. As well as ensuring the delivery of quality fitness advice, inductions and training programmes and personal training sessions, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
