Job description
Rock! Music School are looking for talented, passionate and friendly musicians to join their Tutors team in Shrewsbury.
The role will be as a Music Tutor at various and regular social activity clubs, working with children aged 6 - 18 years (including those with additional needs) on music based projects in the local area. There are also opportunities to join our Private Tuition team and Rock! Music School team. Hours will vary based on demand and availability. A little teaching experience preferred but not essential as continuous training and support will be given. This position is on a self-employed basis.
The successful candidates will be:
Competent on at least 1 or all of the following instruments: Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drum Kit.
Passionate about playing music and the importance of sharing it with others.
Kind, patient and outgoing.
Have great communication skills with children.
Able to drive with a full UK Driving License.
Registered as Self-Employed with proof of a UTC.
Ability to sing is a bonus but not essential.
A full DBS check will be given.
