Medmerry Park, Earnley, West Sussex is a place where our guests LOVE to holiday and our team LOVE to work. It is a well- established park, set in a beautiful conservation area, adjacent to the beach and Medmerry Nature Reserve. We have recently undergone a £4M improvement program to allow our guests to enjoy the very best holiday accommodation and facilities and we are continuing to make improvements for our 2023 season and onwards.
Medmerry Park are looking for customer focused individuals to be part of our friendly guest services team, to support us in delivering the perfect stay to our guests. We want to exceed all guest expectations and ensure they have the best time during their stay with us on our Park. We have Full or Part time hours available for the right applicant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills within a supportive, friendly and fun team with possible progression to a team leader role.
Job Title: Guest services team member (Full/Part time -seasonal from approx April-October)
Location: Medmerry Park, Earnley, PO20 7JP
Shift Patterns: 3-5 days a week, fortnightly rota (minimum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests
- Provide quotes for holiday enquiries
- Respond to all enquiries from owners and guests via email, telephone and in person
- Complete weekly health & safety checks
- Support the office with any administrative roles as and when required
- Contact guests for pre arrival and departure calls
- Communicate essential maintenance works to the relevant department
- Assess, address and escalate all customer queries and complaints
- Support other teams where necessary
You must be able to:
· Work during weekends, school holidays and bank holidays (on a rota basis)
· Have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
· Have knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, including Word and Excel
· Have proven excellent customer service skills
