We are currently recruiting for a number of Guest Services Hosts to join the team at the UK’s most exciting Castle. This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested, no two days are the same, from welcoming guests at our turnstiles to working in one of our ticket offices across the Castle grounds.
You will be one of the first and last employees that a guest will come into contact with so it’s your job to make a fantastic first and last impression for our guests. The role involves all aspects of ensuring guests have a smooth, efficient, and memorable day at the castle.
Duties include
Meet and Greet
Operation of the turnstiles
Queue coordination
Annual pass checks
Cash handling
Maintaining a high standard of guest service and safety
Dealing with customer queries
About You
Good eye for detail
Strong communication
Welcoming personality
Confident working on your own and as part of a team
This is a Seasonal role. Because of the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
