Job description

A great chance to start your career in hospitality and customer service has become available at The Holt Lodge Hotel . They are looking for someone to join the team as an apprentice and learn all aspects of hospitality and help provide a professional and friendly service

Duties Will include:

Learn all aspects of the Hotel service assisting all departments
Customer Service
Food and drink Service
Cash Handling and payment processing
Learn menus and prices of services within the hotel
Reception duties
Cleaning
Basic food prep

As an Apprentice you will be included on a Level 2 Hospitality qualification. Your Qualification will be delivered by Inspiro Learning who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve a Vocational Learning Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.
