Job duties include:
- Patient Scheduling : Accurately schedules all diagnostic procedures performed at the group practice. Explains pre-exam requirements and procedures.
- Patient Registration : Accurately registers patients calling to schedule diagnostic procedures at the practice. Must be able to perform essential functions of registration.
- Communications: Answers all incoming calls with a smile. Answers questions, refers calls to proper person or take messages.
- Customer Service/Reception: Greets patients with a smile and treats each with respect and compassion. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills in all interactions with physicians, patients and practice personnel. Must be able to perform reception functions.

Imaging Associates is seeking a full time Guest Services Representative to join our busy, fast-paced front desk with reception and scheduling duties. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with an opportunity to work 8-hour or 10-hour shifts to provide a balance of work and personal life. This position will perform patient scheduling and registration tasks including collecting co-pays and deductibles at time of service, and handling incoming calls for the practice.
Willing to train the right person!
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a specialty medical practice preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Experience with medical pre-authorizations preferred.
- Experience with multi-line telephone system, personal computers, and other common office equipment required.
- Regular attendance is an absolute requirement of this position.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
