We currently have an exciting opportunity for Guest Services Assistant to join our team based at our Moorhill House Hotel venue. Joining us on a full time, permanent or fixed term basis you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,078.00 per annum, plus service charge

Responsibilities as our Guest Services Assistant will include:
- Available to work early or late shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and throughout holiday periods
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferable but not essential as training will be provided
- Have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of food and drink allergen and hygiene practice
- Be friendly and cheerful, have excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner.
- Have own transport as public transport links are limited.
