The Front Office department is looking for a passionate Guest Services to provide guests with outstanding service in this stunning hotel.
The salary for this position is up to £33,000 per annum including Service Charge.
Potential date for interviews on the 6th June 2023.
As Guest Services, beyond the hotel receptionist duties, you will provide tailored experiences to the guests, by finding out their interest prior to their arrival and help them plan their activities in London. This role is ideal to someone who has natural interest in London activities, like to be up to date with upcoming events / attractions in the city and enjoys recommending restaurants / hidden gems to guests.
This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality and someone who is proud to work in a luxury environment.
Working hours vary but usually fall into two shifts; morning (7:00 – 15:30) and evening shifts (14:30 – 23:00), weekends are regularly included in the working schedule.

- Responding to enquiries in line with our mission statement: “no request is too large, no detail is too small”
- To provide warm and caring services to our guests
- To ensure that all arrival rooms are fully checked and prepared as per the guests’ preferences
- To act and represent Red Carnation Hotels according to its “passion for excellence” ethos
- Communicate and cooperate with hotel departments about regular guests, VIPs and their requirements
