Our Guest Service Team are:
- Passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
- Have previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, is a huge advantage
- Experienced in handling guests queries and complaints
- Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
- Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
- We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

A day in the life of…
As Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Based in the East London , you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. Holiday Inn Express London ExCel.
