A day in the life of…
As Guest Service Assistant - Food and Beverage, you will be one of the key points of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests into our Food and Beverage areas with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Blackpool you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock. You will help to ensure that our guests start their day with a fantastic breakfast experience or end their day in our realxed dining area whilst you deliver Friendly, Authentic, Caring and Thoughtful service.

About Hampton by Hilton Blackpool
This is a brand new 130 bedroom Hotel which is located near to Blackpool Pleasure Beach amusement park.
A five-minute drive from Blackpool airport, the hotel is located within walking distance of Pleasure Beach and two tram stations providing access to the city centre. The hotel is part of a £31 million regeneration project that plans to build new office blocks, retail outlets, parking space and additional tram stops between main train stations and the city centre.
