What we are looking for
- Previous experience of working within a guest facing environment
- The ability to think on your feet
- Confidence to deliver fun and engaging talks
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- A genuine interest and passion for marine life
As a Guest Experience Assistant you will play a pivotal role in educating and entertaining our guests of all ages; delivering informative talks and shows, promoting conservation messages and campaigns, engaging guests at our interactive rock pools and leading Behind the Scenes Tours. You will also deliver educational workshops for school groups but most of all provide outstanding customer service to all our guests!
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction.
We have part-time, fixed term roles on offer until November 2023 . Our attraction is open daily, so flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
