Who we are seeking
We are now recruiting GRP Finishers to join the Sunseeker family. As a Sunseeker GRP Finisher, your work will be admired and respected in marinas across the world.
The most suitable candidates for this role will have relevant experience in car body repair work or preferably experience within the marine industry.
You'll be based at Sunseeker Shipyards or Sunseeker Willis Way in Poole, Dorset. You'll have the opportunity to work at our largest sites within our award-winning workforce, truly becoming a part of the Sunseeker family.
Example responsibilities include
As a Sunseeker GRP Finisher, you will work across the vast majority of our boat lines, finishing and repairing GRP structures alongside preparing and releasing various sized moulds. Working as a small team, you’ll seek to achieve the production goals set out, helping to maintain impeccable quality throughout as part of our trademark Sunseeker quality promise.

Our working patterns
- Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
- Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30
- Weekend overtime is widely available.
- Although Sunseeker International operates both Day and Night shift, candidates' preferred shift will not always be guaranteed due to operational requirements
