- manage broad range of risks, including trading eg IR & collateral, execution & operational risks;
- generate sustainable high-quality revenues;
- proactively keep on top of market developments and identify trading opportunities;
- alongside our global financing sales team grow client related business;
- facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or accessing third-party offerings;
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits;
- managing the projection of scarce resources and work towards solutions to optimize current usage.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Group Treasury, Investments & Execution (I&E) EMEA team, which is a trading business managing UBS's balance sheet portfolio investment risks. I&E EMEA operate across 3 primary locations Frankfurt, London and Zurich. Making use of a broad product suite (Bonds, ECP, TRS, Bond futures, IRS, OIS, MMs, Repo/SBL); I&E offers you a breadth and depth of role in trading and a platform to build strong internal and external client relationships. Risk positions of I&E are influenced by a multitude of market risk factors and so you must combine conviction to trade with the capacity to understand how our bank balance sheet operates.

Your expertise
You have:

- genuine interest in fixed income rates and securities markets;
- strong analytical, data manipulation and communication skills;
- proven success working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment;
- highly proactive self-starting working style, strong team player mentality;
- excellent command in English. Other European languages would be a plus;
- experience (3-5 years) in Fixed Income markets or Asset and Liability Management.
