We are a well-established Company, and we are looking to recruit a Group Liquor Manager on a groupwide basis for all our Hotels and Holiday Parks. As the Group Liquor Manager, you will work with Hotel/Park Area Managers and General Managers. You will have primary responsibility for Marketing and Promoting our liquor outlets. You will need to drive sales and supervise the outlets.
The successful candidate will need to be experienced in managing multiple sites. You must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and project management skills, as well as analytical skills. You will be able to communicate effectively across the Company.
