Coombe Abbey Hotel is a stunning historic four-star hotel situated in 500 acres of beautiful parkland. We are part of No Ordinary Hospitality Management that have several sites across the UK including the St Mary’s Guild hall which is a heritage site located in Coventry city’s historic Cathedral Quarter. We boast 120 bedrooms, with our Garden Room Restaurant & Bar serving high quality food. We have eleven private dining rooms that can hold meetings, events and weddings along with holding public events such as our Medieval Banquets in the Abbeygate. Our impressive Marquee holds a capacity of 500 people and all whilst delivering great value and personable service with incredible views and individual character and style. Our primary objective is to help our team create a fantastic and memorable experience for all our guests leaving them to want to come back again.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Receivable role that will share the true passion of the ethos of No Ordinary Hospitality Management to help us deliver the best customer service. Experience in a similar role is desired and training will be given as we aim to develop individuals to be the best they can be and help them along their career paths but enthusiasm is a must
THE TYPES OF RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL MANAGE:
· Credit Requests, Credit scoring & Account creation in line with company standards
· Processing & allocation of payments received on to the ledgers
· Reviewing credit limits
· Chasing outstanding debts
· Maintaining the ledger to ensure all accounts are accurate & are maintained within the company’s terms
· Monthly reporting
OUR REQUIRMENTS:

· Experience of working within sales ledger or credit control function
· Computer literate with a working knowledge of excel
· Ability to communicate at all levels
· Be a champion of brand standards
· Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
· Have a strong eye for detail
· You’ll be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
· You’ll take pride in in being part of No Ordinary Hospitality
· Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
