We are looking for an experienced Group Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring there is consistent process across the group’s corporate structure, working with Financial Accounting Teams to provide timely, accurate results, cashflow forecasting and meeting statutory and legal obligations. This role is also responsible for supporting the identification of accounting risks and monitoring of control mitigations across the Group and will play an active part in the Finance team, supporting the development of a professional, high performing function.
You will have:
· Demonstrable experience of driving financial system enhancements and financial controls in a global business
· Experience of UK GAAP and statutory audits
· The ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and use this to influence decision making
· Experience in investigating at a granular level to ensure understanding of the drivers of the business.
· The confidence to be a to be a key co-ordinator to support your colleagues
