The Purpose:
To carry out general duties throughout the stadium, as well as assisting with preparation of the stadium bowl/all external areas for Tour visitors or events and matches.

The Purpose:
To carry out general duties throughout the stadium, as well as assisting with preparation of the stadium bowl/all external areas for Tour visitors or events and matches.
The Role:
- Identify and meet the needs of colleagues and our customers, focusing on initiating and welcoming contact and communication whist striving to deliver first class service.
- Recognise potential complaint situations and make effective steps to resolve.
- Carry out cleaning of designated areas throughout the stadium using commercial cleaning machinery.
- Carry out driving duties with the company vans/road sweepers.
- Provide general labouring duties to all areas as requested across the stadium to include assisting GPS Trades
- Previous experience in cleaning Industrial premises using Commercial machinery (however training is available)
- Working knowledge of COSHH and manual handling
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Successfully completed NVQ Level 1&2 In building cleaning or willing to undergo training.
- Hold a current valid UK Driving Licence or be willing to learn to drive
